Well, the temperatures went over 35 degrees again today, but we didn't care we were at Parco Piscina Le Pavoniere (the swimming pool) again today. Spent a few relaxing hours cooling off and resting our legs after a great day in Cortona yesterday.

We got back in time so that I could watch West Ham United beat Cardiff City 2-0, I might be on holiday but I still have to watch The Hammers whenever I can. I am sure Lesley will be really impressed when she sees I have snuck West Ham into our blog.
When we are having "Rest Days" Lesley is always deep in research for taking Simply d'Vine to the next level when we return to Australia, it should be good.
Now I am going to cook a meal from the goodies we bought in Cortona yesterday. Tonight we are having Ragu di Cinghialle (Wild Boar Ragu) and Pappardelle, I have just got to pop down the supermarket first to get the ingredients for a salad.
Footnote: Dinner was delicious, it should have been too....all I had to do was heat up the ragu and boil water for the Pappardelle!
